Volunteer Opportunities
Soup Kitchen:
There are many opportunities to help at our Soup Kitchen. If you are interested in assisting at the soup kitchen call Sr. Concepta at 629-1292.
Truck help:
We pick furniture up all day Monday, Tuesday mornings, all day Thursday, and Friday mornings. We could pick up at more times if we had more help.
Most of the heavy work is done by our full time person. To help, you will need to be able to pick up about 50lbs.
We could use someone who can commit to any time or could be on a substitute list.

Retail Help:
Our thrift/clothing store always is in need of people to sort clothes or work the cash register. You can work half a day or a full day. Our hours are 9 to 4 Monday through Friday and 10-2 on Saturdays.
Our furniture store also could use help - no lifting required unless you are capable of that and want to help us load up - half a day or a full day. Hours are 9 to 4 Monday through Friday and 10 to 2 on Saturdays.

We can always use people one Saturday morning a month to help bag up the groceries.
We are also looking for a person/couple who would like to help us pick the food up one Saturday a month and help coordinate the distribution.

Presently we have enough interviewers and receptionists.
Brother's Keeper gladly accepts youth who need confirmation and service hours.
