Blessed Trinity Summer Camp 2013
Dear Campers and Parents,
Welcome to Blessed Trinity Summer Camp. We are planning another season full of fun activities for the children to enjoy. Some of the activities include skating, bowling, movies, arts & crafts, etc. Please find some important papers below that need to be signed and returned before your child (ren) can participate in camp activities. Without a signed permission slip, your child will not be able to attend any camp field trips. It is also very important that all the children understand and agree to abide by all the camp rules. We ask that you read, along with your child (ren), the camp discipline policy and sign and return it along with the registration monies. Even kindergarten children need to sign the form themselves. This year camp will run from June 3rd thru July 26th. You may attend camp for the month of June only, July only, or both months (Please see Camp Attendance Verification Form). Camp hours are 8:00 - 4:00, with extended care beginning at 6:30 am and ending at 6:00 pm.
